Shopping problem / Neus Tosi

from me, to you. "My experience"

I was really happy with my new cellphone. It had everything I wanted. But unfortunately it wasn't like that for a long time. A week after I bought it, the earphone stopped working very well so I went to "Personal" but they didn't give me a good answer. They said that It was my responsability. After that I never bought a cellphone there anymore in my life!!
