I just had a problem with a product once. It was about 9 months ago when my dad bought a new TV, it looked amazing and it had a perfect image definition, but not everything was perfect. There were times that when we turned it on it got turned off itself, we had to press the ON button more than twice. The other problem was the sound, the TV made a funny noise a lot of times when it was on at many channels.
Finally, my dad went to the shop where he bought it and he took it back with the receipt and the guarantee in his hands. Then he came back home with a bigger and more amazing TV. =)
