Shopping Problem/ Fede Aquino

Once I bought a mobile phone, but when I tried to use it, it turned off and made a strange noise. So I went to the shop and explained the problem to the manager. He told me that it was a problem from the factory and he would change it for another one.
3 Days later my new cell phone was working fine and I didn't have any problems with it.
